What is HDMI cable?High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) has become a popular choice for home theaters and PC entertainment. HDMI combines both digital video and audio into one cable. There are two options of HDMI cables that can be used with home entertainment: Standard HDMI and High Speed HDMI. Both cable types are available with Ethernet as an option. This will allow for the HDMI cable to be used for an Internet connection along with the video and audio.
